How to track your shipment step by step
Every TEAM shipment has a tracking number. Learn what each status means and when to contact us.
Tracking numbers start with TM and have 12 characters. You’ll find yours on the waybill or in your confirmation message.
What statuses mean
Shipment created: details registered, awaiting pickup.
Picked up: our courier has the shipment.
In transit / At hub: moving between our centers.
Out for delivery: on its way to the recipient.
Delivered: successfully handed over.
Track several shipments
Enter up to 10 numbers separated by commas.
If a shipment is “On hold”
We usually need to reach the recipient. Call us or WhatsApp us with the tracking number.
